PGSCA is proud to present the 32nd annual Cinco de Mayo Fiesta at Portland's Tom McCall Waterfront Park on May 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th. Our Cinco de Mayo Fiesta celebrates the richness and diversity of family, culture and community with authentic art, music, dance, cuisine, and handmade crafts and represents the largest multicultural festival in Oregon.
